Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is currently the voice for Grim in The 7D. He was the voice of Wakko Warner on Animaniacs, and Crash Bandicoot in the video games Crash Tag Team Racing, Crash of the Titans, and Crash: Mind over Mutant.
