"The 7D Main Title Theme"[1] is the show's theme song, mainly sung by Parry Gripp. But in the pilot, the voice actors of the 7D performed the original theme song and part of the final-cut lyrics were revealed during Disney XD's "Animacation Summer" previews.[2]

- The Bing Bong Bell rings this tune in several episodes.
- Dopey later whistles this song in "The 8th D" during a leisurely walk by himself.
- Lord Starchbottom hums this song at the beginning of "Surely You Jest", as he dusts the Hubba Hubba Headpiece.
- The songs "Hi-Ho Waffle Ditty" from "Frankengloom", "Bing Bong Bell Song" from "The 7D and the Beast", and all songs from "What Are You, Five?" are sung to the tune of this song.
Trivia[]
- The theme song was shortened when the series aired on Disney XD in the United States and a few international channels.
- During the line "Hi-ho, hey hidey ho now," Doc, Sleepy and Dopey dance in a similar way to Peanuts from A Charlie Brown Christmas.
- The line "Heigh ho!" is from the beginning of the theme song was initially sampled from Disney's first 1937 animated feature film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs one, when the dwarfs are going to and from work. We can watch it here (at 1:19)
- WATCH Disney XD uses the Disney XD version of the theme song, so the two lines were exclusive to the iTunes/Amazon/Google Play/YouTube versions and Disney Channel broadcasts are removed.
- The original theme song was a storyboard only it is unknown if it was animated or not.
- The original pilot theme song was performed by the 7D.
